Modern Luxury

Design is everything
Location: Fobbing
Project build time: 2 /3 Weeks
Style: Modern Family Bathroom
My twin brother, Jason, and I have always tried to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to current trends and designs. For your bathroom, I have handpicked a new modern trend that will stay relevant and fresh, featuring a stylish combination of less tiling and more plastered walls.
This trend is becoming a popular choice for larger rooms, such as yours. It also looks great when art or greenery, like a large houseplant, are added as finishing touches.
I must stress that there are many options when choosing styles for bathrooms, so while we love this one, we can work with you to create any style.
It’s all in the planning when it comes to bathrooms, so we’ll work closely with you right from the start to ensure we’re making the right choices with you and selecting the right products for the job, bringing both our visions to life.
Double trouble
If you have the space, you may as well make the most of it! With his & hers vanity basins, you’ll both have your own area. One side might be cleaner than the other but who are we to judge…
With this bathroom layout, we’ve given you the entire door wall just for the wash basins – pure luxury!
There are two different types of tiles being used in this modern design; one is a Terazzo dark grey and the other a gloss white textured 75mm x 300mm brick tile.
Brushed brass taps complete the look; I love them so much I’ve recently opted for brass fixtures in my own bathroom.
Seperating the toilet from the retreat
Where we can, we like to try and seperate the WC from the rest of the bathroom, like they do in the States, or at least keep it out of sight when first entering the room, creating a lovely stylish space.
It’s not always possible but with this design, we have managed to fit in a freestanding bath under the window and a dividing wall that seperates the wall hung WC. You’ll also see some concealed shelves set into the wall, providing extra storage.
We hope you love your design. The next step would be to meet up with you, on site, to discuss possible styles and whether this layout design works for you, before giving you an acturate installation quotation.
Kind Regards,
Lewis Dowman
